Refund policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Instead, we offer a 30-day resizing window from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for resizing, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Resizing

Email us at BEN@nagualjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery.
If your request is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid shipping label, and

  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item

Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at BEN@nagualjewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Resizable Items

Some items cannot be resized, including (but not limited to):

  • Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., engraved or made-to-order)

  • Full/eternity bands or designs with stones set all the way around

  • Certain plated, tension-set, or delicate settings where resizing would compromise integrity
